Tai Chi Fundamentals: Grasping the Bird’s Tail

This free introductory lesson is the first of a nine-week course on Yang style Tai Chi. The course will focus on the first dozen postures of the traditional Tai Chi form, including “Grasp the Bird’s Tail.”
Together we will practice a variety of solo drills and partner exercises, chosen to improve students’ understanding and ability.
Beginners are welcome. Experienced practitioners are also welcome. Instruction will be tailored to the current abilities of each student.
