@ Harry: i see auras too, its normal...
Read 2 books by Barbara Y. Martin, they are very detailed about auras, and helped me a lot to understand things i was seeing. As far as healing goes, there are different schools that teach their own methods, I would suggest Pranic Healing (by MCKS) as a place to start, their are workshops you could attend and books online about it. They also have a class for developing higher clairvoyance, its not necessary, its just another tool with a beneficial application as a healer to help others. No psychic ability is needed to be a good pranic healer... (there are other ways to sense the energy field too)
I dont have much interest in psychic abilities other than auras and healing. So, idk about energy systems that develop them, but they might be side effects for some people along spiritual paths that deal w/ chi development... try not to get too caught up in them. its nice to explore, but its only one aspect of things. And anyway, everything is energy in one form or another, so its not a big deal. There's still the human nature to work on improving in this lifetime. You may want to compare teachings from different systems in depth to see what fits your goals/ beliefs and what works for you b4 actually trying anything out w/ a teacher.
Fyi: a book: Mantak Chia's Healing Light of the Tao, there are topics about the "Crystal Palace" you might find fascinating, though there are very serious side effects from improper neigong/ internal alchemy practice w/ out a teacher, so its always best to be trained in person and to take your time as u progress. I tried the mco years ago by myself from another book, did it wrong, and had a lot of problems, so I'm speaking from personal experience. Also maybe read about Arhatic Yoga by MCKS. theyre different systems w/ some different teachings, personally i think chi is safer in some ways than kundalini, but that may be just my bias too, we all have our own preferences for our own goals and spiritual path...
Best of luck to you in your journey!

Hello.

I have been exploring internet for a long time, researching methods and people like john chang.

Like the others who have wrote here, i am very interested about mo pai, and circulating energy.

I see my own aura, it is green.I have no idea what it means.Sometimes it is blue.turquoise even.I try to move objects with thought almost every day.Sometimes the item i concentrate to, disappears from sight in some sort of white mist and reappears back again fast.

I can open the top of my head, and third eye chakras by concentrating to them.Hand feels electric when i concentrate to it.My mother became dizzy when i tried to heal her with sending energy from my hands, she also mentioned heat.

I was in Japan meeting a person who made my entire body heat up with chi.I received some instructions from him on how to do it.

I want to heal my mother, but im not certain in how to do it correctly.I dont want to cause harm to her.
Is the transferring energy enough?

There was a small "incident" in Japan when i was visiting my wifes parents. I was alone sitting on a bed, concentrating to door trying to close it.I saw blue aura on the door and my hand.I felt sort of air leave my hand, and the door closed a bit. Also at same point i heard wind outside(could have been, and propably was a gust of wind moving the door).
I wanted to negate the possibility of this being winds fault so i did same thing again, now trying to open door.It worked, door opened and got stuck to mat on floor, refusing to move again.(also the second time i heard wind, but window was only bit open and wind shouldnt have such power from so small opening?)

I could not repeat this a third time.

I realize the last post here is from 2008, and now it is 2010.

By writing here, guess i believe in miracles then hehe :)

These passages provide some of the background information necessary for an informed discussion on chi kung (and related topics). To further summarize the summary:

FICTION: Chi kung has never been studied in a laboratory or scientific setting.
FACT: This activity has been going on for decades.

FICTION: Mastering chi kung requires and/or cultivates a kind and virtuous temperament.
FACT: Chi kung experts are a mixed bag--not unlike tennis experts, musical virtuosos, or any other group of talented people.

FICTION: Chi kung practice is totally safe and cannot cause any negative side-effects.
FACT: Every activity, from archery to yachting and all points in between, carries its own unique set of risks. Risks can be mitigated; ignoring them is foolish.
