Chris,

Even if you base a new theme off of another theme’s architecture, you must retain the original theme’s attribution links in the footer.

According to the Creative Commons 2.5 ShareAlike License guidelines, the attribution must be “at least as prominent as the original.”

I’d suggest saying something like “Ninja Scroll by Chris M. — based on Cutline by Chris Pearson.”

Also, the original attribution must remain in the stylesheet as well.

Aside from all that boring legal garbage, I really like what you’ve got going here…Looking good!
